Trust & Transparency Charter

Safety and dignity from the very first step.

Inviting someone to accompany an aging mother or father is an act of deep trust. We operate with radical transparency about what our safeguards achieve today and what is on our operational roadmap.

Active Standards & Current Safeguards

Active Standard

Government ID & Address Verification

Every Care Partner submits valid government identity documentation (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport) and residential proof before partner assignment.

Active Standard

Structured Senior Etiquette Orientation

Partners undergo orientation covering respectful communication, patience, mobility assistance etiquette, and active listening for senior citizens.

Active Standard

Pre-Visit Task Clearance

Tasks are reviewed by our coordination desk beforehand. Care Partners are instructed to politely decline any requests falling outside approved non-medical scopes.

Active Standard

Live Milestone Check-ins

Doorstep arrival, appointment commencement, and departure times are logged digitally with timestamps and transmitted to the remote family contact.

Safety Roadmap & Planned Enhancements

As a responsibly developing platform, we distinguish planned enterprise safeguards from active features. The following enhancements are currently scheduled for subsequent operational phases:

Planned Roadmap

Formal Police Verification Integrations

Transitioning from manual criminal record declarations to automated digital state police verification portals as regional APIs open up.

Under Evaluation

Comprehensive Accidental Transit Coverage

Evaluating institutional group transit insurance partnerships for seniors and caregivers during scheduled visit journeys.

Planned Roadmap

24/7 Dedicated Clinical Tele-Triage Helpline

Partnering with accredited emergency response providers to provide a single-touch escalation link during urgent medical events.

Emergency Protocol & Escalation Hierarchy

SaathCare does not provide emergency medical rescue or intensive clinical resuscitation. In the rare event an elder experiences an acute medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, or a fall) during a scheduled assistance visit:

  1. Immediate Emergency Services Call: The Care Partner is trained to immediately dial national medical emergency services (108 / 112) or request the nearest hospital casualty triage.
  2. Direct Family Notification: The Care Partner or coordination desk immediately phones the primary and alternate family emergency contacts registered in the visit profile.
  3. Stay Until Handoff: The Care Partner remains at the side of the senior until certified hospital medical staff or authorized family members arrive.
