Medical appointments, family emergencies, and elder moods are unpredictable. We believe policies should be respectful of both family needs and our caregivers’ time.
4+ Hours Before Visit
Zero Fee (100% Free)
You can reschedule to any future available slot or cancel the visit with a full 100% refund without any penalty.
Within 4 Hours of Visit Start
Nominal Partner Dispatch Fee (₹150)
If a visit is cancelled less than 4 hours prior, a nominal ₹150 fee is deducted to compensate the Care Partner who has already reserved their calendar and initiated transit.
Partner En-Route / Doorstep Arrival
1-Hour Minimum Block Rate
If the visit is cancelled after the Care Partner has reached your parent's residence, the standard 1-hour minimum visit fee applies.
What happens if a doctor or hospital queue is delayed?
In Indian multi-specialty hospitals, doctors are frequently called into emergency surgeries, causing OPD delays. If a visit runs longer than the booked block, the Care Partner can continue accompaniment upon remote coordinator consent at our standard prorated hourly extension rate.
Refund Processing Method
Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original source instrument (UPI ID, Debit/Credit Card, or Net-Banking account) within 3 to 5 business days, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment gateway regulations.
